Creating a great team leader may take time. Sometimes there are many trials and errors. To best create and prepare the leading team, it must happen both in and outside of the workplace.
The qualities can be strengthened with outside activities, retreats, challenging situations, and games. The higher in the organization, the more critical it is to develop a leading team.
