She has led and implemented many businesses and IT transformation initiatives in industries such as international banking, trading & settlement, financial services, energy distribution, electronic payments, insurance, European airline traffic control, retail market, petrol distribution, and the European Commission Government.

Nadia wrote several books and particularly "The Digital Transformation Success Formula" and "Leveraging Digital Transformation", a reference book in digital transformation leadership.
