Who Can Participate?

  • Business with a headcount of a minimum of 10 people

  • Up to 2 leaders can be honored per business

  • Open to business globally

How To Proceed in 4 Easy Steps

​

  1. Make a short video of a maximum of 2 minutes, introducing your business, the 2 leaders your business wants to honor. State the biggest challenges your business faced with the disruption and how they facilitated a better employee experience.

  2. Pay the entry fee click here to access the payment page

  3. Upload your short video on your business channel, either Youtube, Vimeo, or your Instagram account. (NB. instagram  allows only 60 sec video maximum) 

  4. Fill the online entry form and add the link of your video and submit it to us.

Once Approved, The Voting Can Start

​

Your company will be featured in the award gallery, allowing people to vote. We will inform you and your organization can start voting as well as sharing to others to vote. We'll start marketing your video to our audience and that of our partners allowing people to vote.
